GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Have more of a focus on academics and student success as opposed to the huge sports focus (especially since academics are higher than the sports)

Central high school provides a ton of elective classes that prepare students for future careers and allow them to try on different careers. Students are challenged in their required classes and are encouraged to take classs that will prepare them for College and that will challenge them. There are lots of extracurricular activities to choose from that help students get involved and learn to multitask. Teachers and staff are helpful and provide opportunities for students to succeed.

i go to school here and i have to say most of the teachers are nice..but then there are some who won`t give you the time of day. They are strict about school work and there are some teachers who care..but some things aren`t fair.
