GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

So much needs updating. The way classes are taught, the schedule, and so much more. I didn't learn much and I'm involved in AP classes. Also didn't prepare or help me for college at all.

Loved the sports programs. Would like to see students held accountable. The teachers and administrators seem to have given up.

There are a lot of teachers who care about their students but the overall culture is bad. There is a lot of hatred and racism on campus that is not addressed. It's a big school and many people have a great experience, but it feels like they are living in the past

This Is my second year at NU and I absolutely love working here. The teaching staff is dedicated to not only the academic growth of students but also the mental well-being.

I had no issue with the gentlemen upon first attending. I was a new kid in town moving from a town that had a population similar t...

Not an enjoyable one. The lack of proper leadership and the overall disregard for the students is very disappointing for a place that is supposed to be preparing kids for their futures.
