GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Overall, I have enjoyed my time at Grove City. Most of the teachers are very helpful and will go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need to succeed.

I would like to see more administrative envolvment. I feel like there should be more college classes, and more classes to take if you go to the local career center. All the classes I had taken were great and the teachers were super helpful and kind. More online/hybrid options for students who drive.

Great teachers, I only wish the students were pushed to succeed. The marching band is criminally underrated, as is the theatre program. Highly recommend the Coffeehouse performance in the spring.

It is a leader in rural public schools in the region. It performs well in all areas of academics, the arts, athletics (several state championships in recent years), social justice, and promoting a sense of community among stakeholders. Grove City provides a world class education to its students. The...

As a resident of Grove City I would not recommend this school district. Bullying is rampant and the administration does little or nothing about it. Even though there is an anti-bullying policy, the school does not enforce it. The cliquish mentally that exists is difficult to if not impossible to pie...

I choose to move my children into Grove City schools because of rave reviews I heard from residents of the area. I have done this despite the significantly higher cost of homes within this district and much higher property millage. I am very negatively inclined to the guidance department to the poin...

As a parent of both a special needs child and a gifted child, I found this school system to be adequate at best. They pressure children whom they feel will bring down their scores on test down to quit school by making their lives very unpleasant with bullying either by or with the encouragement of t...
