GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Overall, the school offers a lot of unique opportunities regardless of your academies. There are lots of AP and IB classes offered, and there are also quite a few fun events and assemblies that you might not get at a typical public school.
4.0 Freshman
1/16/2024
So far a good effort has been held towards school and grade level events, such as many freshman activities for people to meet each other, and dances for schools to intertwine. Mainly a positive experience, except some incidents with teachers and administration saying that class averages should be no higher than 89%.
4.0 Junior

Overall, I really appreciate my time at BCA. The level of education that I am getting here does not compare to any other schools in the area.

This school is without a doubt the best school in the NJ/NY area. It has a very rigorous STEM program, lots of research opportunities, and guarantees you making it into a good college.

The best stem/steam school in NY/NY area for sure. A lot of work and a lot of material. Hard tests and hard grading. School at elite college level material. Any college is a cake walk after this school.
