GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Hallandale is a pretty mediocre school, the staff and students vary from good to bad. The more academically smart the students are the nicer but since majority of the school is below average that should say enough.

Since i've moved schools here there hasn't really been no problems. Sometimes the staff can be annoying but they're just doing their jobs. The students overall are calm for being a small school and the clubs are always finding a way to make the school days engaging, like our SGA.

A respectable high school is Hallandale High School. It is Broward County's smallest high school. Students can enroll in AP courses here. Cambridge and honors. The most useful course is JFG since it helps students get ready for the real world and apply to scholarships and universities.

It's not bad at all when you participate and not just come to school and go home. They have a lot to offer. I'm going in my senior year and I love the school.

Where do I begin, no words could ever describe how melancholy and awful my 9th grade year has been at this school. I'm used to schools in Margate and Fort Lauderdale, the schools I went to there are way more advanced and the stuff being taught at this school, I've already done in middle school. This...

The sad part of this review is that I am a HHS alumni. Today I experienced the least cooperative staff ever. I drove to Hallandale to pick up my cousin Who I've picked up numerous times. Unfortunately, I had just switched purses and accidentally left my Id in the other purse because I was heading to...
