GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The school is good, but is a very traditional Vocational School. I wish it offered APs and classes above Honors. Some classes only come in CP. The teachers are great and some students have a great love for the school. There are opportunities out there but sometimes I wish we had more relative to other Vocational High Schools in the area.

SSVT, though a great school if you're looking to head directly into the workforce, is below average for college prep. There is little to no guidance from administrators and most teachers don't know how to properly write a letter of recommendation on your behalf.

No one's high school is perfect. There are always things that need to be changed even if I did right about what needs to be changed there will always be something that needs to be changed later on. Nothing is perfect, perfect is impossible. I love my school I've met so many great people there and have learned so many great things that I will remember for a lifetime.

I go to this school for MET and I love the shop but the academics aren’t great and as a queer student the school does not make us feel safe but there are many bright sides to the school such as diffrent clubs and sports that have bus rides to home from all after school activities.

My son went to this school for healthcare, The skills, practice and credits helped him progress into a great college for his career.
