GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I believe since my high school was a small school there were not many athletic students. That I knew of teachers didn't encourage building a team sport. As for our physical education, the class would sit around in a classroom during summer and winter.

At my high school there was no school nurse. I think they taught we are all teenagers we could withstand a small cut or headache. If an emergency occurd than I believe they would call EMTs. As for school safety the school was not gated properly anyone could walk in. My high school did have school security. As far as me feeling safe I had no problem to be honest. It was a small school. We rarely had school fights, so I think that is why I was not afraid becasue we all knew each other.

San Andreas Highschool is a small school but yet small enouph to make a change. This school helps students achive there goals such as graduating on time or even sooner. San Andreas has made me become a beter person on not giving up.Teachers here never give up on their students they always show they care for your future and push you further than you think you could have gone. This school offers great transportation to those who live to far whitch helps students not have an excuse of why they dont get to school. San Andreas offers great options and are willing to work with you. Although this school may not look the best due to its size and it is in need of some upgrade at the end it has made a difference thats what maters most. Staff offer students technology in almost every classroom and also offer individual laptops to those who need them.
