GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I mean it is not horrendous. But I personally would not send my kids to this school. The food is bad. The education seems to be below every other school. The kids have bad behavior.

I love how the teachers would like to see every student succeed and they do what ever it takes to make they are prepared for college. I wish they would add more science to the curriculum.

As a student at Propel Homestead I like how caring the teachers are, how they love to see the students succeed and push us to our greatest potential. I would like to see the student and parent involvement change. I would like for the school to involve them in more academics and recreational activities. The overall experience at Propel is great because there is no bias towards anyone but for the student body to be small I would love to see more people come together.

Poor administration tactics led to students who were behavior problems interrupting learning for all students in the room. Extremely high turnover also leads to very low consistency, which leads to students being behind. Better than the neighborhood school, but not what they advertise themselves to...

I feel that there was a time when propel homestead was a great school. The teachers use to notify me about homework assignments and test. Lately they have been declining in good teachers. The strong teachers that once challenged my child's brain and to always do better seems to have been replaced wi...

I feel that propel offers the best of both worlds. I love the academic curriculum as well as the creative arts program. I only wish that the school can come up with more of an outside program as well. I think this will benefit the upper grade levels.
