The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

I have been satisfied with being a part of MNVA for three years now. I feel the experience of online school was exciting and new for me and so far has been the best for me so far. I am happy with the overall experience of attending this school. The counselors made it easy for me to attend PSEO full time and it was one of the best decisions I have made. All teachers are helpful with anything you need. One thing I would change would be the school's organization. I have had with my previous counselor that they were not very prompt or organized and the graduation plan does not update well with my PSEO classes but other than that I am satisfied with MNVA.

Teachers are very organized and dedicated to helping their students to become successful. Although it's online; the school offers many clubs and in-person activities. Communication between the students and staff is excellent.

I loved this school because it really fit my style of learning which is self-driven. I struggled in my local high school because I felt like I wasn't learning enough and the teachers had no time for explanations. At MNVA, when I reached out, my teachers were always there with help, answers and sometimes just friendly advice.
Save yourself the headache of dealing with this supposed educational facility. The principal is more concerned with money than educating the students. Elementary levels were better than the higher grades. In the upper level classes, be prepared for teachers to go on vacation for a week at a time and...
I am a first year mnva student with autism and this school is great compared to past schools ive gone too. Thanks to them my ability for self advocacy has gotten better! I also love my teachers and the awesome electives the school offers
Excellent! We use this school as a transition from homeschool to public, so basically for junior high. We've used the school in this was for 3 children. I highly recommend the k12 program. Instead of the stress and bullying of brick and mortar public junior high, my kids can focus on learning. We ch...
