Located in the heart of Southwest Houston, Westbury High School (WHS) is a Houston Independent School District campus serving more than 2,300 of the neighborhood’s high schoolers. Here, students have the chance to dive into the wide array of learning and career opportunities offered at WHS. For fans of the arts, there’s Westbury High School’s award-winning fine arts magnet program that offers music, creative writing, theater, debate and more. In addition, WHS students have the opportunity to earn an industry-based certification in a field of their choosing through the Career in Technology Education (CTE) Department. CTE offers specialized learning in a wide array of subjects like business, health science, information technology, engineering, automotive technology and firefighting. At Westbury High, there are nearly as many opportunities to learn outside the classroom as inside the classroom. Students have access to more than 30 extracurricular clubs and activities including sports teams, band, Air Force Junior ROTC and more.

Westbury high school is not a good school at all. The adults barely help you to learn, and the school is very unsafe with lots of weapons being brought into the school.

I graduated 2012 from whs and went out of the country for a while. Now Im trying to enroll into a collage but THERES A PROBLEM! Westbury's staff have taken longer than a month just for a transcript! Which they can just pull my name up and print the paper so I could see if I need a placement test at...

Have yet to hear from someone about bus route, bad first day impression did not want daughter here had no choice hope to change that soon
