As a senior attending Barnstable High school for 5 years, I have so far experienced many great parts, and parts that need improving. The teachers here put alot of effort into their teaching. They often stay after school to help any struggling students. However, Barnstable High should improve on making the school more safe. Because of how many students attend here, the hallways are often crowded and its sometimes difficult to get to class.

I believe there are a lot of diverse and good class options compared to other schools on Cape. The school is big but teachers are still able to give direct support and almost every teacher I have had, I loved. They for the most part push you to your ability.

At barnstable high school I get to experience the greatness of being around my beloved Hayden he is so amazing and handsome and cool and smart and athletic.

Barnstable High School has been fabulous for our son! He was at Sturgis Charter for one year and it really turned him off to school as the teachers did not make him feel welcome and were not supportive. What a difference at Barnstable! The teachers were supportive and gave him the structure he neede...

The teachers push you hard because they believe you are smart enough to get the work accomplished, they even try to make the classes fun. i love my school. I've been there since eighth grade and couldn't be more happy with my academic and athletic achievements. I'm challenged every day academically and i love all of my teachers. The only thing that isn't excellent is the student life because of the administration's fear of accidents.
