I think Spring Mill is a terrific school. However, it dries me crazy that the office staff NEVER answers the phone. It doesn't matter how many times I call. I will never speak to anyone but an answering machine. I don't know what the two ladies in the front are doing all day, but they certainly aren...

The school has difficulty recruiting and retaining minority staff member which they need. Many of the white teachers do not know how to discipline all students correctly.
