Teachers are very enthusiastic, friendly, and always willing to help. There is a variety of teaching styles, so students can usually find someone who works well with them.

this is school is a small environment. students are at the front of the school. there is a heavy focus on preparation for outside of the classroom and the future; allowing students to focus on their interests with projects and committees. this is unique and will not work for everyone, but if it does...

LACS is a small community where teachers strive to know each youth and teach to the individual. There are a multitude of group projects, community involvement and service, and trips.
