Henry Snyder High School is located in Greenville and serves students in ninth through 12th grade. The school works to provide its student body with a research-based, comprehensive and rigorous education. Most recently, Henry Snyder High School students participated in a schoolwide summer reading program that included grade-appropriate reading. Students are also given the opportunity to become part of organizations like the National Honor Society, which is promoted at the school as well as within the district. There are many different Advanced Placement courses offered at the high school. Recently, the school added a Saturday AP academy where students can sign up for extra instruction and enrichment in the AP areas of their choice. In addition to the academics offered at the school, there are athletics programs like basketball, indoor and outdoor track and bowling. As part of Jersey City Public Schools, students can take advantage of the partnership with the Jersey City Public Library system, where they’re encouraged to use the library to find suggested summer reading materials.

When I was at Snyder, I felt like I had an okay time. The teachers I had were passionate about teaching and I've met a few who helped me become the person I am today. I definitely do think the school played favorites a lot of the time like them helping the sport teams or the dance squads and not the art programs
