The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I went to William L Dickinson High School for four years. It wasn't the worse school to attend. I met really great people there that are still my friends after high school. Do I think they can improve on some areas yes, but overall it was a fun four years.

The best part about my experience in DHS is my teachers, I have been so lucky with my teachers because they all end up a good teachers. The worst part about Dickinson is the people and students there, there is no respect at all at Dickinson and also they pick and choose based on your religion.

I've made amazing friends there. However, some of the teachers tend to be lazy, in the fact that they do not teach the full curriculum yet give tests and quizzes on things they have not taught. I would like to see this particular aspect change.

This has to be the worst highschool in the district. 90% teachers here are not even responsible enough to teach you anything and instead give you either absolutely nothing or little assignments that aren’t learned from. In top of that half the teachers are frustrated by the smallest things like they...
