Kaelepulu is such a great school. It is very small which allows for close cultivated relationships with each other and the families. We have always had amazing teachers. Please keep in mind majority of negative reviews for Kaelepulu are related to the frustration of parents who don't qualify to enroll their children at Kaelepulu due to the residential address. This school is the #1 school in the whole STATE of Hawai'i and is a national Blue Ribbon school. They only have one class per grade. The principal works so hard for the kids and really cares. They are too small to get funding for PE, Music and Art so the teachers and parents have to raise the money...
