GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best parts about Oak Park are definitely the clubs and activities. There are so many options to choose from, and there's something for everyone. From diversity clubs to a salad club. The sports are also amazing. I'm involved in many of them and there's always a consideration to each sport without favoritism.

There have been so many different experiences at my school. We have had kids overdose in the school, one student passed away a few years ago from an overdose. Kids are constantly smoking in the bathrooms and sometimes you just can't escape the weed smell. On the bright side, the school has a very fun energy, especially when it comes to sports. Our football team is really good and it makes football games so much fun. We have a ton of school spirit.

My experience at Oak Park high school has been very interesting I would say. I've learned a lot from my time at oak park and feel like I've been treated more like a middle schooler than ever. There are days we aren't even aloud to use the bathroom, things at oak park don't prepare you for college.

5 out of 5 because everyone who comes here is apart of a family and we have a family atmosphere. Oak Park is a fun community and very caring.

Oak Park is a family like community. It is very easy to expand your friend group with different type of people. The atmosphere of activities are always fun.

Oak Park is a horrible school. The education is subpar, as well as the teachers. Oak Park enforces rules loosely, and when they do their rules seem arbitrary. The new policy that makes attendance and grades proportional is appalling. It's insensitive to students' who have problems outside of school,...
