GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Kittitas High School overall is a very good school. The students are fairly good to each other, the teachers seem to genuinely care for students, and the small school environment leads to intimate teaching methods that benefit students tremendously. However, there is not much opportunity at Kittitas. There is no advanced placement courses and the selection of sports and extracurriculars is very small.

Most teachers challenge students to do their best, but some teachers expect too much and some teachers practically give out A's to everyone.

We could have a few more sports to chose from, but other extracurriculars are great.

The teachers children get special attention while all the other children are on their own. Did not like this place. It is a hopeless & sad place with very low acheivers.
