GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best part about TCHS is the programs. IB, Engineering, and Health Academy are great programs that prepare students for college. Specifically in Health Academy, teachers are fantastic. They are some of the best teachers a student could have. The worst part about TCHS is the way security handles things. Sometimes students are denied entry to hallways during lunch even with a pass.

It's a pretty good school, but after COVID the amount of clubs and interconnectivity got a lot worse, but that is steadily improving. I hope to see more student involvement... and also better food.

My experience with Temescal Canyon High School has been nice but there are some things that I would change. I like how some of the teachers are so nice that they help you with any way they can do you can pass their class. The counselors are there when you need help and they give you advice for your future. But one thing that u would change would be that the office ladies should be nicer because sometimes you ask a question and they respond with an attitude. But other than that my experience with TCHS has been good.

If your student is involved in one of the specialized program, this school is amazing. The Engineering Academy, Health Academy and IB Program are top notch. Students in those programs receive help finding careers and colleges. They receive specialized training, college credit and professional certif...

Awful, had it not been for me going to community college part time I wouldn't have learned anything in STEM and would've learned dribble in the humanities. Any disliked apathetic student is set for failure, there is no encouragement for these students because when they fail (and they will because of...
