The nursing staff is very accommodating for all needs both mental and physical. the nursing staff will take you to the doctor when you are sick and give a sick day when necessary. They take strong steps to reduce the use of chewing tobacco and other drugs and alcohol and are strong sexual educators.

Most teachers here at Northwood are young and inexperienced. Many have great knowledge about the topic at hand but these teachers are predominately Hockey/Ski coaches. We have a few teachers that are Harvard-Level academias. The Headmaster is very engaging and is very supportive of student lead projects.

Both of my children had an excellent experience at Northwood School and are now successful adults! They learned organization, great study habits and balancing a busy schedule. Was an easy transition to college.

The excellent college process helped my daughter enter the right school for her. She was easily able to transition to college after 4 years at Northwood and we couldn't be happier. We can't wait to enroll our younger son in the future.

My daughter is in her third year at Northwood, a superior place to pursue academics as well as athletic excellence. More than a sports school, Northwood is a real academic institution. Unbelievably happy with the maturation and development of my son while attending Northwood School. The faculty are excellent and the school provides a nurturing and caring enviroment. Rigorous academics and an elite hockey program found in a majestic setting
