My time at Hoover Midlde school was great. All the teachers were friendly and the school was in a safe area. One thing that they should add more of is clubs and sports. Another thing that they could use some improvement on is getting you prepared for AP classes in high school. Overall, Hoover Middle School is a great school and I enjoyed the time I spent learning there.

I would definitely not recommend this school to parents who care for their child's education. Please, look elsewhere. I wish I would have known how bad this school was before sending my 7th grader. My son is in 6th grade, he loves his school and he loves all his, Gate/Excel, awesome teachers. They are professionally working hard to meet each student needs. Bully free so far.
