My experience in Land O' Lakes high school is good. I have been going here for 3 years I started my sophomore year and it has gotten better. I love my guidance counselor she is excellent and the staff here are committed and help when any student or teacher needs their help. I do think the school should start a little later because its just so early in the morning for everyone. Also the whole tardy thing, they should give grace for the first period tardies just because a lot of it is not really the students fault. But overall my experience here has been good.

LOLHS is not the school it was just 3 years ago. I am in a very rigorous academic program, which have fantastic teacher's but unfortunately the school is extremely overcrowded. The teachers lack resources and they are too many kids in each classroom. It's not fair to the teachers and they are having a low morale which is quite visible.

Land O Lakes has been a great experience over the last four years. I'm a member of the baseball team, so I really feel connected to the school and athletic department. I've had a close relationship with a lot of my teachers, but I've seen a lot of them leave the school. Being multiracial I do wish that the school had a little more diversity so I had more classmates to relate to. Overall it has been good experience.

We’ve had four kids go to Land O’Lakes High school and they have loved their experience there. They have found friendships, camaraderie, community on the sports teams and they’ve done great academically. They have set my kids up for academic success and prepared them for college.

This school is not great at all. Especially in the sports arena. My son was harassed on the football team because they didn't think a black kid should be quarterback. He was attacked in the bathrooms as well as the locker room and the administration did nothing and neither did the coach. We hate LOL...
