GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I feel like East St John High still has a lot of room for improvement. One of my best experience at East St John comes from some of the honors class i'm in. On the other hand the students have no events or activities to enjoy their high school life before college

They have very good connections to programs that help students have stable jobs as soon as they leave high school, but that is about it. Teachers aren't the best and curriculum is probably worse.

East St. John is a pretty average school. It can be fun at times but other times it can be iffy. And some of the coaches are mean to the sports player that they are over.

Do not count on them doing anything that they are actually required to do, such as fixing...

I graduated from East Saint John in 2009 and will be returning as a teacher in the fall after graduating with a bachelor's degree. ESJ is definitely a school that prepares students to be successful as they enter the next stage of their lives no matter where students wish to end up whether its colleg...
