My son has joined the soccer team this year and it was a great experience for him. He was able to play on a team that valued integrity and fostered character growth among all team members. The student body is not too large so that every student can be on the team and not too small that there can be no team. The parents are generally invested in their children and there is a good showing of parents at the soccer events. My son's teachers are genuinely concerned about his academic success and his growth as a leader.

We have had two kids go through LCS- transferring in and 8th and 3rd grades. The academics are strong but the biggest impact is the personal connection with teachers as mentors and the positive close knit community of healthy friendships. Private education is a sacrifice but more than that it's a worthwhile investment and LCS has been such a great decision that continues to impact our family.

Safest place to send your kids for not only a great education but also spiritual growth. The teachers genuinely care about the students, and not just their grades. There are so many sport and club options that everyone feels like they can fit it somewhere. Its been an amazing 4 years of my life.

Wow! The school is entering its 50th year and on an upward trend. I have seen athletes go on to be All Americans in college, students go into top schools to become doctors, lawyers, engineers, pastors, etc. , and students go on to be leaders in their communities and homes. It is definitely a gem tha...

Sports/extra curricular activities are limited and availability varies from year to year (not always a coach available). Smaller class sizes, but still has cliques like a public school. I expected different behavior since it is a Christian school, but there is still inappropriate behavior, bad langu...

LCS was a disappointment. My kids plan on continuing on to college, but felt they would not be prepared with the education they were receiving at LCS. For example, last year (2016) the history teacher was unprepared for the final exam. He actually was writing it while the high school students waited...
