GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I really enjoy PV. I didn't like my middle school and I feel like I have more freedom here. Teachers are good and I like my schedule. There is a lot to do. Sports teams are also really good. Everyone is nice and accepting.

There have been many changes for the better over the last few years. My senior is excited for his last year because of the new schedule and open lunch. Common lunch seems like a big plus too.

My overall experience has been okay. I would say great but that isn't true. I feel this way because I feel that in my years in this high school I realized that some teachers don't respect students but to be respected and i've never like that and there's some teachers like that in this building!

Terrible. Please see above. The administration needs to be cleaned out and start over. The way they speak to children and parents is disgraceful. They do not lead by example. They think they are better then and are into untouchable. Having my child attend PV is the worst decision that has ever been...
