GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My high school experience at this school was quite uneventful. Unless you are interested in sports or music, there is not much that is offered at this school. Due to this, there is a focus on your scores and grades. The staff could be kinder.

I loved my high school experience. After graduating I tend to miss my high school days. I made many of my friends during high school and am still friends with them. The best experience was the 2 sports teams I was active in. I played all 4 years for both spots and even became team captain for both in my junior year. The worst moment in high school was probably when COVID hit and we became virtual for a year and a half. I just felt like I was doing nothing and was learning nothing. The one thing I would love to see change is the school dances. I found them pretty boring. I would love if they made it livelier.

Franklin High School, overall is a pretty decent school. They care about your health and safety. Most of the teachers care about you and your learning, some just work to get paid. The school is clean and they provide you with the essentials.

As a parent, I have been very pleased with the education my son is receiving at FHS. The teachers and staff have been very helpful in his preparation for college. There is a great spirit among the teachers and coaches -- lots of Patriot Pride. We have 3 more children headed to Franklin and look forw...

Principal is biased in his deeling with parents and students with no understanding of community relations. Math teachers used to try to help and get along struggling students but my youngest says there is not enough help in class.
