I went to Pinewood k-12 (I graduated a few years ago), and I can confidently say it helped create my character. The size made it hard to avoid cliques, but you could always find a friend. The academic competition was very prominent, but the rigorous curriculum prepared me for college.

I love being a pinewood student and I love to show off as much panther pride as I can! I am so sad that I am graduating because I will miss the students, faculty, and the pinewood community so much.

This school has an amazing community feel that will not be matched anywhere else. The teachers genuinely care about your learning and success and will go far out of their way to help their students. Truth be told, one of my teachers answered a question I had about some calculus homework in the middle of a wedding. That's dedication!!

Most of the time the school feels like glorified babysitting. Doesn't really prepare students for the real world, let alone college life. Not worth the money at all. If you're looking for a small school for your bullied child, I have compassion, but try homeschooling.

horrible experience overall, with my son ending up hating school. Very traditional with no room for being out of the box or creative. My son had a LD and was constantly punished. None of the teachers tried to work with him or understand what his needs were. The math department is plain awful, the Ge...

Education and Ethics! Community Service and awareness. I always say the best years were the Pinewood years. The faculty, staff, coaches and students were proud of their school. A brilliant idea was to teach English and Literature as separate classes. I envy the quality of education my children recei...
