GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My best experience I would say is making new bonds with people and feeling safe with some of my teacher. My worst I experience would probably be that some of the sports aren't really good such as girls volleyball the coach wasn't good she would always be canceling practice and be mad when we would mess up. What I would like to change is the coach's to actually take time and see how they are instead of just accepting them and paying a coach that doesn't care or isn't rude.

At Wilson, I have always been a fan of all the programs that are accessible towards the low income community of El Sereno. I'm so grateful to have Avid, International baccalaureate, advanced placement classes, honors and a college corner that is accessible to all grades. We are also partnered with the local community college to receive college credits to save money. Overall I'm very proud to be gifted these classes as I am in the IB program and AP program.

Well I would start off by saying it's a very good school. The teachers are very respectful and so are the students. Everyone helps out eachother and it's been a great experience

My student was assaulted with a weapon at school today...the administration can't be bothered. They don't return calls or emails. My kids had the same terrible principal in middle school so no surprise there.

I had a mixed experience at Wilson HS, mostly skewed toward the negative side. Although I had and am beyond grateful for the teachers who gave me support and guidance to pursue my goals, a majority of the teachers I had were incompetent and sometimes downright disrespectful. Some teachers did not fo...

Woodrow Wilson High School is located on a hill that oversees the entirety of El Sereno. It provides students with great access to a variety of sports or opportunities to explore nature. However, since graduating, I have witnessed the school's lack of leadership and support for students become worse...

Inovative ways to help children adjust to ability to absorb and learn valuable knowledge and life skills. School seems like it’s on a good growing path to be better by each year
