I have attended the West Delaware schools since kindergarten, and I am currently a Senior at West Delaware High School. The best part of my high school career has been this year; I had two classes with one of my favorite teachers and took multiple college-credit classes. My worst experience was my freshman year because of the odd Covid regulations that were put on us.

I wish there was more inclusivity and more opportunites for college level classes. It would have also been nice and beneficial for there to be more focus on ACT prep and tips. I also wish that there was more acknowledgement of the opportunities that the military offers like, ROTC scholarships, enlistment or national guard,

Our test scores are among the best in the state (90% proficient in reading, and 93% in math). Athletics and music programs also perform at the top of the 3A class. Community support is also booming!
