GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I would like to see a lot change. The preparation for college and real life world situations are very limited. Overall teachers try their hardest to help students achieve greater education.

My experience at northeast was okay , I was a quiet student but overall the school is great and a good working place

It's an average school. There's nothing that makes it better than others, be it in academics or sports. The school should try to push AP and honors courses more toward students because most think it's too difficult when in reality it really isn't. If they could help more students understand the importance of AP classes and how it can be greatly beneficial for them if they want to go to college; it would be very helpful.

I can't really comment on ratings older than 5 years, but today this school is a nurturing and academically enriching environment for the students. Thanks in large part to Principal Williams, who is a strong positive role model and force for inclusion and excellence. Awesome job...keep up the good w...
