My experience with HHS is pretty good in general. There's variety of classes to take, I appreciate that there's many different sports, music/art, and many other clubs.

This school is very academically good. The teachers and students are all so nice and the diversity has gotten better over the years. They give great opportunities for each student and support each path students want to go.

Homestead prepared me academically for the rigors of college. I have opportunities to get involved in the community through volunteer work and classroom connections to local businesses. There were many opportunities to get involved in co-curriculars which helped make the high school experience enjoyable.

Our family has three HHS grads. All went on to state universities and were well prepared. In fact, all three kids felt their reading and writing skills exceeded peers at the college level. This is an excellent school if you child is academically inclined in the core subject areas. There is so much there to offer for these students, and they will have great teachers. This school is limited in opportunities for students with other talents and interests.
