GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Coral Reef Senior High has genuinely prepared me for college and it's responsibilities. Most of my teachers have pushed me to become the best version of myself and to strive for perfection to become what I want to with passion and hard-work.

I attended Coral Reef Senior High within the IB program and i think it has prepared me for college decently in terms of handling work but it has also strayed me away and not helped me find a career path, Coral Reef is a really good school because of its magnet program and the staff are very friendly although at times the school did have issues such as with broken down ac, internet being down and other issues as such it was difficult to have a decent school experience when these issues occured

I think that the best part about going to Coral Reef is the atmosphere, all of the activities make me look forward to going to school. The counselors really care about the students, and take extra steps to make students feel more comfortable .

As a wallflower, I was able to pass by all four years without tipping over. So for me personally, it wasn't that bad. For others, they were robbed of a fun experience because they were doomed at the bottom of the social hierarchy.

My son is a sophomore at the VPA strand. He loves it! He has made lots of friends and academically he is challenged and doing great. Although the school is big, the strands give it the small school feeling. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my son to experience high school in.

The school is amazing. I am enrolled in Coral Reef Senior High and I'm in the IB program. I have to stay although difficult it's really preparing me for something great. This school not only is great academically, the people there are wonderful; everyone I've met hasn't done anything but be nice. Th...

This school's somewhat undeserved high reputation is based on its IB and VPA strands, but beware the others, especially Agriscience. It's marketed as Biotechnology, but in reality completely based on Future Farmers of America - think Boy Scouts for farmers and grades based on merit badge type compet...
