Always warm and inviting. The principal communicates well and the students love him. Teachers are friendly and encouraging.

My son attended J.R. Irvin Elementary from first through fifth grade. The staff at this school was far beyond any expectation I could have had. The teachers were so supportive and positive with both my son and myself. Any child that attends this school is a very lucky child!

This is a terrific elementary school. Both my kids went K-5 here. They have excellent programs for struggling students and for those who are academically gifted. They are always exemplary and at only 350 kids are smaller than the other elementary schools in Midlothian. Character education is stresse...
