The school isn't inclusive to students of the LGBTQ community. I as a student there was almost suspended for another student calling me slurs. They put a lot of their funding into the sports, mainly football. Meanwhile the arts and music department are still using supplies and instruments from 2019

I love Mitchell High School! Being able to grow up in a small community like this is a gift! The community school district is overall wonderful.

My experience at Mitchell high school is great it is a small school so you get more one on one time with teachers, and you get to meet with your counselor anytime you need to and you have friends that you can rely on for help. The down side of Mitchell high school is that there is very little sports because it is such a small school.

I hate it here. Half the kids are doing drugs of some kind, but the school is too worried about students being on their phones for even a second in the school day.
