I had a decent high school career. I did not eat the food but heard it was not the best. Playing varsity basketball for 4 years, I can say from experience that a good amount of the student body is invested in sports. There are some very enjoyable classes because they help you with the real world.

The teachers and classes prepared you for college and the community there was welcoming. All of the activities were inclusive and everyone had a wide variety of clubs to choose from to make school their second home.

The teachers, principals, gateway staff are all helpful and always there for someone when they need the help. Not once did I need something and they are not there for assistance and help, they care about how well you perform in class and be there for you anytime you need them. I'll always be thankful to each one that helped me out and was there for me everytime I needed it.

Great school to study. Gateway has experienced teachers and they always focus on improving students abilities and strengths. There are several clubs that students can explore. Their Quasics Robotic team is one of the top rated team

A school district on the decline. Gateway School District like many places is two schools in one. The top half of students do well but there is a huge drop off for the bottom half in behavior, attitude, and achievement.

We moved here when my son was in middle school. I must disagree with the post regarding gifted education; as a former student, I benefitted from MANY opportunities to challenge myself academically- AP classes, honors classes, and gifted program activities. Yes, Gateway certainly prioritizes athletics, but academics are by no means completely fall...
