GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Attending Valley View for the past four years, I have been able to expierence my highschool years. I was in sports, two sports, I was able to join clubs, I was awarded for my good grades, I was prepared and informed about college.

Valley view high school is a very good school that in my opinion offers so many opportunities and resources for students. They have many programs which push students to become the best they can be and in my experience, the teachers and staff are very helpful and supportive during my time here. It has a class for whichever career you would like to go into so it has a good variation of classes.

My experience at this school so far has been pretty bad. It's not the teacher, it's t=what the teachers have been giving. I've had a lot of homework and barely been able to keep up with it all.

The overall experience at this school is okay, but the administration is really killing the spirit and effectiveness at the school. Parents and students feel detached, and teachers are leaving in droves.

My child was straight 'A' and a good child. . VVHS is one of MVUSD best school. However, I pulled my child. She is in charter school now, and doing great!
