The Oak Hill experience is highly restrictive. dorm parents treat you like prisoners and are always looking to catch you doing something bad. the administration is stubborn and does not listen to your concerns and the teachers are either amazing or horrible. have fun taking a chance

Absolutely amazing. Oak Hill Academy is a gem among boarding schools. The faculty are highly invested in the academics and personal growth of all the students. OHA clearly promotes a structured supportive environment for students across the board. College planning is absolutely the best. We are very impressed with this school and their overall approach to the student as well as the family overall.

To me this school is alright. I say this because when they give you the tour around school they tell you that you have your phone all the time, that you get to hang out and leave campus alot of the time but actually the only time u can hang out with the girls is after school for about 2 hours, and the only time you can leave campus is when there is warrior trips where u sign up and leave campus to go to a store or movies etc, and that only happens about once every 2-3 months. Other than that, this school has really good teachers that will put there own time out of the way to help struggling students, and that's what is great about it. The one thing i dont like is that every Sunday we have to go to church, i dont like this because their are people here who are atheist and just dont like church, they may not beileve in god. And if u dont go to church and try to avoid it you get in trouble for it.
