GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I would love for Myrtle to add more College Readiness resources to their curriculum. That being said, all the teachers I had during my time at Myrtle were excellent.

I feel as if all of my teachers from preschool to senior year at Myrtle have adequately prepared me for college. I do believe, however, that I could have been more academically stimulated in some classes than others. I feel as if some of my teachers were trying to please my classmates who complained about work, so we just didn't do work. I don't come to school to doodle and play on the computer all day; I can do that at home. Other teachers, however, included very diverse and stimulating activities regarding their subjects, and I believe these teachers have made up ground that the other teachers didn't cover. Overall, my experience at Myrtle has given me a high quality education and sufficiently prepared me for this next chapter in my life.

Attending Myrtle has been an experience I will hold close to my heart for years to come. Not only had it opened my eyes to the different things I could find a career in, but the teachers are always willing to help or to help lay a path to guide you to a better life.

The principal is the most rude person that I have ever met. I can not even begin to relate how he comes across to parents, and teachers. It's sad because there are caring parents and great teachers at this school, but they need someone in charge with people skills.
