My son attended World Academy from Infants through Grade 8. He was extremely well prepared in all aspects for the demands of an academically rigorous high school. He had many amazing extracurricular experiences with sports and robotics.

Most of the staff and teachers are just horrible. Some of the "teachers" don't even know the school handbook. For example, some are on their phone during class, even though it is against the rules, but they never get caught. One in teacher in particular claims that students are breaking it, even thought they aren't. Furthermore, I think it is completely inappropriate for kindergartners and below to have nap time on the floor, even if they are on a mat.

World Academy is full of loving teachers who treat my child as their own. The administration and teachers work diligently to ensure that they are using current best practices when it comes to childrens' education and needs. They have a well-rounded program concerned with every aspect of each child's development- cognitively, physically, and emotionally. When I bring my daughter to school for the day, I leave her knowing she is safe, well-cared for, and loved.

My son is having a great experience in this school. With fewer kids per classroom gives him more attention. He is a straight A student with a lot of potential thanks to the teachers and students. Like any school it has few cons, but they are non visible.

This is basically a public school that costs a lot of money. Some public schools might even be better.

My son started fifth grade at World Academy this year and we have seen a positive change in him as a student.
