GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I feel one school counselor for each grade is not enough especially for seniors. One person to do one on one with 500 students is not enough time for the students.

Overall had a pretty good experience. Great teachers other than a few. Felt welcome. I was not bullied or anything like that in all 4 years.

The teachers at Nederland High School are very intelligent and helpful to their students. They take pride and care about how their students are doing in their classes and in extra activities.

Very disappointed in this scthool. We moved our straight A student here and within the year, his grades are all failing and the teachers are excluding him from activities he used o enjoy after school. The programs offered as electives make it pretty obvious the whole town is overran by Sellouts.
