GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My overall experience with UASPA is a rollercoaster i had so many great memories like the sisterhood in the school , the cheer team , the great staff members that great you every morning .. the worst parts is when you fall off so things do become hard but there would always be someone there to help you . I wouldn't change a thing but maybe more trips on performing arts or college trips

I had my bad days there, but the good days were great and I made a lot of memories and friends here.

My experience so far at UASPA has been a great experience in my life. I have my very close friend group. Even though me and my friends do our own thing, everyone there is a big happy family. One thing I would like to see change, is just the diversity because UASPA is only African Americans and Hispanics. Honestly I would like to see some Asians, or Caucasia is in there, everyone relates and nobody really stands out.

My son graduated from this school in 2014 and is now going to Harvard university! This shows that even though it has a low grade kids are able to do there best.

My school is nothing I expected it to be... while all the performing arts programs are pretty good, the students are TERRIBLE. Most of them aren't even there for performing arts and don't have a major. Luckily those kids say they're transferring (fingers crossed). Academically, my school is ... chal...
