GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I haven't been very connected with the quality of the school mainly during the covid years but in recent years i've been thinking more about it. The administration members have changed a lot within my four years here and they do a very bad job at communicating this with students and community members. The overall student population is very toxic but that is expected. Compared to other schools the student body is very tamed.

The teachers tend to genuinely care about their students and the success of their students. In recent years the administration has not been good and has caused tension within the community and the schools. A recent renovation left the school facilities looking excellent and very up to date.

Overall, my quality of education is very good, though they lack in the science department and don't have very many electives or higher level core classes. Because it is small, there is more opportunity to get one on one help with your teachers.

Teachers are nice and supportive, administration can be a mess but it doesn't impact the learning.
