GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

This school is way too focused on testing. The school culture is not good. Many teachers allow students to sit on their phone and do not teach.

The best part of my experience at Kettle Run was being on the swim team and being a part of clubs. It made my experience so much better and I was able to meet a lot of my friends through those opportunities. The worst parts were the lack of school spirit and the "cliques" at my school. I would like to see more people caring about each other and see a better community of students.

Kettle Run is safe, clean, and has good teachers. There are a few bad apples but a majority are good. Bathrooms are filled with kids vaping and administration is okay.

Eventually they suspended my son for feigning a punch at this other kid who was abusing and bullying him. The assistant principal called my son and grilled him 3 times like the CIA would, without t...
