GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

At Norfolk senior high all I can say is, the students there are horrible and I fear what they will be like in the future. Otherwise the staff is pretty nice.

Norfolk Senior High School is a great school for current high school students to grow in their education and make amazing lifelong friends. The music department is amazing and the teachers know such a variety of knowledge. The staff are really friendly and care about the students and their lives.

The music program is amazing and the music teachers really care about what they are teaching. The coaches are passionate about the sports they coach and they really try to have a positive impact on their athletes' lives. The facility is not as great as it could be, and some of the teachers are not as adept at teaching as others, but overall it isn't a bad school. I would like to see the classrooms updated and better athletic facilities more accessible.

Out of the 4 high schools I've attended in Nebraska throughout my life, this place made me NOT want to come to school. Your experience might be or might have been different depending who *you* are...
