GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I think that it is a very small school where a lot of the students are joining straight into the workforce and so the academics are not very good. Also there have been so many budget cuts that they are trying their best to help the students despite the shortage of staff.

Norton high school has provided me with an amazing 4 years of education that has prepared me for my future. The teachers are very great with the workloads assigned and I hope others would agree. There aren't that many bad parts about the school, and they are definitely outweighed by the good parts such as the teachers, sports programs, and friends you meet.

The people were very nice and friendly. The teachers really care to abut your grades and well-being. Made some of my lifelong friends there. Will never forget all the amazing times I have to spend there.

I went to this School when I was young. I enjoyed my time there but it was a different time. My son has graduated from there and my daughter is about to attend. It is a much different town and school since I went. I was into bikes, dirt bikes and having fun, the town has grown so much that there is...

This is one of the worst schools! Drugs, bullying, terrible education. Sports? hah. They're laughable. Teachers are a joke, the school is honestly one of the worst in the area. I'd send my kids to Attleboro High before sending them here if I was given the choice.

As a college admissions officer for a private college in Boston, I have seen a remarkable change in the quality of the students from Norton High School during that past 10 years. The scores are up and the students are very well prepared for our nationally ranked curriculum. The top students can writ...
