GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Northeast Highschool is decent than what I initially thought. The school has friendly staff members, students are well-behaved, and you easily make friends. There are ACES program, Latin School, and Biotechnology. You can take AP, Dual Enrollment, Cambridge, AFJROTC, and Alternative Energy. I recommend you to come here if one of these options align to your future.

My experience with Northeast high school has been good overall i think that there's a lot of teachers here that care about you and will help you to become successful . I know i can always count on some of my teachers if i ever need help with something i can also count with my counselor or brace adviser if i find myself lost in what path to take to college , my best part at northeast would be me being in the band i've made so much memories and connections over the year and my band director makes sure to help us give it all we got , i don't really have and bad experiences with the school maybe the old building but that's it they built a new building and it's going really well . Many people say Northeast is bad but i personally think it doesn't matter where your at it's on you to get your education as long as there's a good teacher .

Room for improvements in offering available options for students from 9-12 regarding college credits as well as the option of attending college for the last 2 years of HS so the student would earn HS Diploma and Associate Degree at the same time.

I live east but teach out west. Most public schools that are east get a pretty bad review. Northeast High School is one of the good ones. The faculty and staff care about what is best for the students. Communication between school and family is a major player in ensuring a successful high school exp...

My daughter is a freshman this year and I am very happy with the school, her academics, and her afterschool clubs.
