GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Everything is about basketball. The grade school music program is awful, especially the choir music. Very poor quality. Nothing much for the grade school kids to do, other than basketball and band. The school has discontinued art and music for some of the grade levels.

The nurse is a joke. She taped a dead lice to a piece of paper and passed it around during an assembly. When she's gone, the school secretary passes out meds to students and has been known to give the wrong dose. Kids get hurt at school and parents aren't informed right away.

I love OGS! We moved here 5 years ago and I was worried about how my kids would fit in since we aren’t originally from here. The staff and other kids we’re welcoming and my kids love it here!!
