GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Honestly this school doesn't provide the same quality of education compared to other schools within the county. It's unfortunate, but it has to do with with the school administration just simply not wanting to do anything to improve it. Low pay equals bad teaching.

The high school for the past decade has been experiencing issues with staff either being charged with CSC or laid off for inappropriate student- staff relations. If you have a daughter (s) , please for the safety of their mental health and well being stay away from this school. The school board and superintendent does not take student safety seriously and tries to cover up incidents that make the school look bad. Including covering up CSC/inappropriate behavior of staff/teachers.

Very sheltered place for kids. This high school so far has the worst bullying towards minority groups. The staff seems to treat special needs students quite poorly and does not respect accomodations set forth by legal IEP contracts. This does violate the united states disability act and as well state education legislation.

If you aren’t in with the staff who think they are special, you are on your own. Very uncomfortable here as a parent. The counselor is grossly incompetent and the graduation coach is sleazy.

Honestly, I don't know why it is so hard to treat students of different demographics(race, sexuality, gender, disability, and social economic class) with dignity and respect. If you're not white and come from a well to do family. You are treated as a second class student and your family is treated a...
