Overall Edgewater High School is great with teaching students and getting students ready for College. The students are friendly and it's very easy to make friends.

Edgewater has it's ups and downs, the staff is a hit or miss, either tries their best to help you, while some (for example the counselors) will give you an attitude and just be rude in general. The staff are inconsiderate of the students and lack respect for them, the communication with both parents and the staff within themselves is terrible. I have had great experiences with my teachers though, they really do try their best to help students grow and learn.

My overall experience with Edgewater High School is pretty good. It has great teachers, a good community, and good college readiness. The only worst part would be sometimes the amount of work you may have, or the type of students that may be disruptive, but the important part is that all the students mind their own business and treat you with respect for the most part.

My experience here has been mixed, I have been working hard and doing the best I can, taking several AP or advanced classes on my first year, and already I have faced several issues....

The administration is very disorganized, and most of the teachers have no idea what they are doing. Also, a lot of times students will have to wait outside in the halls after class bell because a teacher isn't there to let them in.
