GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

While attending Highland high I have learned many things, they have prepared me well to go out into the real world, and the teachers there are very helpful with anything I need.

I take pride in being a part of Highland High School, it's not in the most tip-top shape but the environment that I'm involved with is the person I am. I have joined various clubs at this school and pursued volleyball. With this being said, my experience at Highland is distinctly cherishable. I feel at home when I'm with certain students. It's safe to say that I put myself in the right crowd and I believe that's why the school is so amazing.

My overall experience at Highland is good, but I feel like it could be better. There are other schools in the district that have more opportunities and classes to offer to students. I would love to see more unique classes at Highland. Also, I feel like many of the students there are not as in engaged in learning as some others.

Most teachers just care about their paycheck and will push kids into depression and anxiety.
